About roompano

roompano is a web app for virtual home staging and 360° tours, built for real estate agents. From photos taken on a phone, it furnishes, restyles, or declutters a room, and every image carries a "Virtual staging" label.

Who publishes roompano?

roompano is published by Fronami, Inc., a Delaware corporation (USA) incorporated on September 3, 2025. The site has been live since June 30, 2026, with paid plans available since July 1, 2026.

Who is behind roompano?

  • Derek Li, founder. He designs the product and tracks the rules that govern AI-generated images in real estate: the French Consumer Code, the EU AI Act, and US MLS rulebooks. Read his articles
  • Julien Garnier, partner and practicing real estate agent. He writes the hands-on guides: staging, listing photos, and what each option really costs. Read his articles

How do we work?

  • We show the property as it is. By default, the AI adds furniture without touching walls, windows, or layout. Floors, walls, and ceilings only change if you ask.
  • Every image is labeled. It carries a visible "Virtual staging" label, AI marking in the metadata, and a C2PA manifest (Content Credentials).
  • Our guides are sourced and dated. Compared prices are the ones each vendor publishes on its own site, on the date given; every rule we cite links to the official text.

What does roompano do?

  • Six tools in one workspace: furnish, restyle, declutter, enhance lighting, replace the sky, build a 360° tour (up to 5 photos per room).
  • Eight room types and 12 styles, from Scandinavian to Haussmann.
  • Three variants per generation, and one share page per listing.
  • Free trial with no credit card, then a monthly plan with no commitment: see pricing.
