- Yes, as long as you don’t mislead the buyer. We label every visual “Virtual staging” and never alter the property’s structure, in line with the no-deception duty of the French Consumer Code (L121-2/L121-3). A machine-readable AI marking (C2PA) is also added to anticipate the AI Act (art. 50).
- Do I need equipment or a 360 camera?
