Terms of sale and use

These terms govern the use of roompano, available at roompano.com and published by Fronami, Inc. ("roompano"). Creating an account means you accept these terms.

1. The service

roompano is an online service that generates virtual staging images from your photos (adding or changing furniture, decluttering, light correction, sky replacement) and 360° panoramic views. Images are produced by artificial intelligence models and carry a visible label and a machine-readable marker stating that they were generated or retouched by AI.

2. Account

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for any use of your account. Accounts are personal and must not be shared or resold.

3. Credits and plans

• A generation (one tool applied to one photo, three variations) uses one credit. A 360 view uses one credit. A 4K export uses one credit.
• A generation that fails for technical reasons is refunded automatically.
• The free trial includes the number of credits shown on the pricing page, with no payment method required.
• Monthly subscriptions (Indépendant, Pro) add the number of credits shown on the pricing page every month. Unused credits stay on your account.

Prices exclude taxes; applicable VAT is calculated at checkout.

4. Payment, renewal and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions are paid in advance and renew automatically every month on the same date.

There is no commitment: you can change plans or cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and the current period is not refunded. If you upgrade mid-month, the difference in credits is added immediately.

5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer under EU law, you have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw, by emailing hello@roompano.com.

Because the service is digital content supplied immediately, by using paid credits before that period ends you agree that performance starts right away and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal for what has been used (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). If no paid credit has been used, the subscription is refunded in full.

Professionals (agents, brokers, agencies) do not have a right of withdrawal.

6. Your photos and images

You confirm that you hold the rights to the photos you upload (taken by you, or with the consent of their author and of the property owner).

You keep all rights to your photos. You may freely use the generated images, including in property listings. roompano uses your photos and images only to provide the service; they are not used to train AI models.

7. Using images in a listing

Virtual staging images are illustrations, not photos of the property as it is. You agree to:

• keep the "virtual staging" label on published images and disclose it in the listing;
• not use roompano to hide a defect, change a property's structure, size or view, or mislead a buyer or tenant.

8. Prohibited use

You may not upload unlawful content, photos of people without their consent, or images you have no rights to, or try to bypass the service's technical limits or markings. roompano may suspend an account that breaches these terms.

9. Availability and liability

roompano does its best to keep the service available and the results good, but AI-generated images can contain imperfections. Check every image before you publish it. roompano is not liable for use of the images contrary to these terms or for indirect damages; its liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the last twelve months.

11. Changes to these terms

roompano may update these terms. You will be notified by email of any significant change at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you may cancel before that date.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, please email hello@roompano.com first so we can find an amicable solution. Failing agreement, the French courts have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
