How credits work
- 1 credit = 1 generation on one photo, with 3 variants to pick from.
- If a generation fails, the credit is refunded automatically.
- Unused credits roll over to the next month.
Questions about the plans
What counts as a credit?+
A credit is one generation on one photo: you pick the tool, the room type and the style; you get 3 variants and it still costs just one credit. A 360 tour also counts as one credit.
What if I don't like the result?+
Run it again with different settings — another style, different furniture, a custom note. Each rerun uses one credit. If a generation fails, the credit is refunded.
Is 4K export included?+
On Independent and Pro, exporting an image in 4K costs one credit. The 4K render is saved with the image, so you can download it again without paying twice.
Can I switch plans or cancel?+
Any time, from your account. No commitment: move between Independent and Pro whenever you like, and cancel in two clicks.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?+
No. The Starter plan gives you 2 credits without adding a card; you only add a payment method when you choose Independent or Pro.
Is the legal label included on every plan?+
Yes, even on the free trial: every image carries the virtual-staging label and the C2PA AI marking. It's included at no extra cost.
